Clare is an experienced researcher who has been involved in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects for clients which include the Local Government Group (LG Group) and the Department for Education (DfE). She is skilled in undertaking interviews with a range of research participants including local authority staff, school teaching staff, early years practitioners and young people. She has a wealth of experience in undertaking qualitative analysis of both small and large scale data sets and report writing for a range of audiences.
Clare is currently involved in a range of projects including the evaluation of the implementation and impact of the Diplomas and a project which seeks to investigate the different approaches that local authorities and Children’s Centres use to target support at the most needy families.
