Hannah works on test development and research projects with a focus on cognitive assessments. For the past 10 years Hannah has led the development and local standardisation of bespoke Secondary Selection Item Bank tests in England for educational and cognitive assessment publisher, GL Assessment; these tests are developed exclusively for Local Authorities, Schools and Academies for the purpose of secondary selection and fair banding. Hannah also consults with Local Authorities and Schools on the appropriate use of selection tests and standardisation.
Hannah’s other research assessment experience has included working on the Foundation Stage Profile in England, the revision of the Suffolk Reading Scale and the British Spelling Test Series.
With a background in psychology, Hannah has previously worked in the psychology department at University-College Northampton and the Health Services Research Unit (HSRU) at Canterbury Christ Church University-College.
