Prior to this, Katie worked in NFER’s Centre for Assessment for six years. During this time she worked predominantly on primary school National Curriculum assessment development projects. She also worked on assessment evaluation projects, produced materials for the assessment of speaking and listening in primary education and worked on the development of verbal and non-verbal reasoning assessments for secondary selection.
