Sharon is an experienced information professional with extensive experience in information services management and local, national and international policy information on education. She directs the NFER’s international information projects including our role as the Eurydice Unit for England, Wales and Northern Ireland in the Eurydice information network on education in Europe, and our work on the 21-country International Review of Curriculum and Assessment Frameworks (INCA) website. Sharon also oversees the NFER’s library services, and the information and research services in the field of education and children’s services provided in support of the work of the Local Government Group in England.
Sharon manages NFER’s contribution to the partnership which forms the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services (C4EO) and coordinates NFER’s involvement with the Consortium of Institutions for Research and Development in Education in Europe (CIDREE).
