Eurydice at NFER

Eurydice at NFER is the unit for England, Wales and Northern Ireland in the European Commission information network on education - Eurydice. The network provides reliable, comparative information on education systems and policies in Europe.

Eurydice at NFER serves policy makers at European, national and local government level and, where relevant, makes information freely available to the wider education community on this website.

We provide:

• a dedicated enquiry service for policy makers
• an email alerting service
• an international current awareness bulletin - Education in the News       
• contributions for England, Wales and Northern Ireland to Eurydice network publications, including Eurypedia, the European Encyclopedia on National Education Systems and the Key Data Series.

• system overviews for study visit participants

We have also produced a series of briefings on various education topics including:
